I got a new phone over the weekend. One of those newfangled touch screen gizmos that has the capability to play games, watch video, and basically make my life so very easy.
It's a far cry from my first cell phone, which was a Nokia "brick" which barely had the ability to make and receive calls. It is an Android phone, what a friend of mine categorizes as an "iPhone knockoff" with a bourgois sneer.
While it is a step up from my previous rig (a Blackberry Curve, if that matters), it's taken some getting used to. For example, my big fingers don't work the keys very well, and the earphone jack is too small. Minor flaws, yes but we must give as well as take, I suppose when surging ahead in the brave new world.
Why the tech-rant? I was getting tired of telling you how fucked up my personal life was.
Your welcome.
