As inauguration day approaches the descent of the American adult continues.
I day this because on a daily basis I find myself befuddled by how immature this country has become after election night three months ago.
We should be moving on, embracing what we've wrought and planning the next four years, but instead the majority of this country are still trying to bring everything to a halt in the hopes of a "do over".
The truth is folks, Trump won. He won the way our forefathers intended it to be in the Constitution, and it's a done deal.
Quit crying. You claim that Trump's election is an embarrassment of the United States on the world stage but you fail to realize that you're adding to that embarrassment by acting like children about it. Grow a set and move on.
We don't do that shit in this country.
That's a fact. America used to be an example to the world of peaceful change in comparison, and one election shouldn't change that. We don't elect people "for life" and even if Trump is reelected in 2020 he had to leave in 2024 so the Trump era will eventually end.
It's really that simple.
